Set to become the tallest tower in Liverpool, Sydney’s third CBD, the 36-level mixed-use tower will house a 113-room hotel, 179 residential apartments, 5,500sqm of A-grade office space and a rooftop restaurant. Working closely with the architect at DA stage, XK developed a solution to optimise the structural system without compromising the architectural intent. The elimination of all transfer structures resulted in establishing a saving of $1 million in the construction cost of the structure.

Construction of the $180 million development is expected to start in 2022.
