Designed by architectural practice Rothelowman, Aire is a 7-storey residential flat building with 3 basement car park levels, consisting of 57 apartments and communal facilities including ground floor residents lounge, rooftop garden and a pool. This state-of-the-art development will provide the highest quality of living, becoming a significant and thriving addition to The Orchards masterplan.
The building’s sculptural form was thoughtfully designed and shaped to respond to its context, with smooth edges and rebated sections.
Featuring a custom pre-cast façade, our façade team refined the existing façade design, reviewing and providing advice regarding BCA compliance, waterproofing and future maintenance. Respecting the creative vision of the envelope, we delivered a cost-effective and buildable solution.
