The $110m project by Australia’s largest developer, Meriton, will deliver sophisticated, high-quality apartments. Located within the Carter Street Precinct, the site is recognised by the NSW Government as an extension to the broader Sydney Olympic Park Strategic Centre, supporting significant employment and housing growth in the area. The project consists of three buildings of 12 storey, 3 levels of podium parking, 2100 sqm of retail space on the ground floor.
