The award-winning project is one of Sydney’s most iconic and liveable Sydney studio apartments in Surry Hills. Featuring 32 self-contained rooms over 5 levels, a ground-floor café and communal spaces, G Accommodation also includes a large outdoor courtyard and community space for all residents.
To maximise the floor space, we used proprietary walling systems to achieve very slender vertical elements. We challenged the status quo by providing a fire engineered solution and reducing the slab thickness to maximise the floor to ceiling height. By engineering a little differently, we were able to add extra space for those who will call it home in the future.
