Designed by international firm Rothelowman, the $80m project comprised two elevated residential towers with one standing at 12-storeys high, and the other at 15-storeys.

We challenged project parameters and found a cost-effective solution by replacing the requirement of a 3-level fully tanked basement with a conventional drained basement. This resulted in saving $1.8 million in construction costs.

Our scope also included the detailed design of all Post Tension elements.
