A $75m residential development in the heart of Sydney’s North Shore, this project infused the rich heritage of Pymble into a modern residential lifestyle. The project consists of 168 apartments accommodated in three separate pavilions of five, six and seven storeys and a large 4 storey basement. The existing heritage-listed house on the site has been retained and restored and accommodates community facilities.

Introducing modular construction techniques, including the use of propriety formed vertical elements, our solutions significantly reduced the project costs and construction program duration.

The project was shortlisted in the UDIA NSW Crown Group Awards for Excellence 2019 in two categories, ‘Medium-Density Development: Above 75 Dwellings’ and ‘Excellence in Urban Renewal / Adaptive Reuse’.
