Provectus Care Pty Limited has been managing premium aged care and senior living facilities across Australia for 60 years and counting. With a shared commitment to providing high-quality living spaces that enhance the well-being of the elderly, we are partnering up to deliver their newest project, Sage by Moran.
The 9-storey luxury high-rise retirement village has an exceptional project team including award-winning architects Scott Carver, Project Manager Neoscape Pty Ltd and Builder Richard Crookes Constructions, and is on track for its completion later this year.
The project will feature a rooftop pavilion and ground level retail, such as cafes, with large pedestrian areas. Other facilities include several high-end amenities with tailored concierge services to enable residents to enjoy all the benefits of a private, secure, and low-maintenance lifestyle all within a social and community-based environment. Some of these amenities include cinema, wellness centre, rooftop heated swimming pool, communal gardens, on site basement parking and food and beverage facilities both indoor and outdoor.
Our Structural and Civil teams are essential in delivering this significant community project and have been involved from the concept design and DA submission phase through the Detail Design and Documentation Phase to the current Construction Phase.
With the project site bordered by council roads on 3 sides and a multi storey residential development on the other, accessibility for loading and construction activities for the development presented various challenges. To overcome these challenges and to assist Richard Crookes Constructions, our Structural team developed a partial top-down construction solution. This solution assisted in reducing site congestion, construction costs and time. Our Civil team was responsible for designing the public domain and internal stormwater management system.
