The Atrium comprises three 8-10 storey towers, commercial and retail spaces and 3 levels of car parking. Given the close proximity of the site to a railway corridor, our designs and construction sequencing were developed with finite element computer modelling, enabling the installation of building foundation piles and retention walls at the foot of the rail embankment without affecting railway infrastructure. Our expertise in risk assessment eliminated derailment barrier and structural redundancy requirements, resulting in significant savings in time and cost for the project.
