Pallas House

In the heart of the Double Bay village, this prestigious luxury commercial and retail project proposes creative adaptation and reuse of the existing structure. The addition of two floors requires an upgrade to the building’s structural capacity, in which we have explored a range of lightweight structural systems, including CLT timber floors and slim-floor lightweight composite structures.

Meriton Suites, Carter Street

A $110m project by Meriton, Australia’s largest developer for sophisticated, high-quality apartments. The site is located within the Carter Street Precinct recognized by the NSW govt as an extension to the broader Sydney Olympic Park Strategic Centre, supporting significant employment and housing growth in the area.

The project consists of two buildings, 12 and 13 storeys in height, to be used as a 337 room hotel, 3 levels of podium parking, 1700 sqm supermarket and 400 sqm of retail space on the ground floor. With a holistic approach to our work, we continue to seek opportunities to add value during the design and construction phases of this project.

Bankstown RSL Club

Award finalists for Excellence in Social Infrastructure, the $120m multi-stage redevelopment offers state-of-the art hospitality and facilities to its community. Engaged from concept stage, our designs minimised transfers, employed innovative modular techniques and provided for future hotel development plans. We helped shorten construction duration, reduce project costs and improved overall safety and quality.


A mixed-use, multi-rise project consisting of 556 residential units, a 3,445 sqm supermarket, and 900 sqm retail space over four towers, one standing at 22-storeys high. Our construction planning and sequencing of the four towers minimised construction material use and maximised construction efficiency, resulting in significant savings and reducing the overall 2 to 3-year construction program by at least 6 months.

Parramatta Square

One of the largest urban renewal projects in Australia, the $2.7 billion Parramatta Square redevelopment will revitalise Parramatta city centre. Working closely with the BUILT construction team, our services include construction engineering and temporary works design, review and verification services. Our team understands the importance of delivering speedy, informed, accurate and practical solutions; providing the support needed to deliver on-time without compromising safety and quality.

Elizabeth Street

A $100m 36-level mixed-use tower project featuring residential, hotel and commercial spaces. Working closely with the architect at DA stage, we developed a solution that optimised the structural system while eliminating all transfer structures and sustaining the architectural intent. The outcome includes significant cost savings in materials and construction program of the project.

One Avon

A $75m residential development in the heart of Sydney’s North Shore, this project infused the rich heritage of Pymble into modern residential lifestyle. Introducing modular construction techniques, including the use of propriety formed vertical elements, our solutions reduced project costs and construction program duration.
