Located in the heart of the Double Bay village, this luxury commercial and retail development embodies creative adapt & reuse of the heritage structure. The addition of two floors required an upgrade to the building’s structural capacity, in which we have explored a range of lightweight structural systems, including CLT timber floors and slim-floor lightweight composite structures.

Paramount on Parkes will deliver a high-quality, state-of-the-art, contemporary high-rise building in Sydney’s 2nd CBD, Parramatta. At 46-storeys high, the $150 million multi-use development consists of 350 apartments, commercial tenancies and 290 car spaces within a six level basement. Born of a creative architectural vision, our team has been working closely with to realise the true beauty and science of this development.

A multi-stage development consisting of 6 towers, each up to 10 residential storeys, a podium level of commercial spaces and 4 levels of basement carparking.

Auburn Square development presented many challenges such as the notorious Ashfield shale geological formation in the area and the associated risk of a rock wedge daylighting to the excavation. Our close collaboration with the geotechnical engineers in the design and documentation of the shoring system was a key factor in the successful delivery of this project. We engineered a solution to stabilise the rock wedge using a combination of the shotcrete soldier piled shoring wall system for the upper two basement and hybrid shotcrete anchor system for the lower two basements.

A mixed-use, multi-rise project consisting of 556 residential units, a 3,445 sqm supermarket, and 900 sqm retail space over four towers, one standing at 22-storeys high. Our construction planning and sequencing of the four towers minimised construction material use and maximised construction efficiency, resulting in significant savings and reducing the overall 2 to 3-year construction program by at least 6 months.
One of the largest urban renewal projects in Australia, the $2.7 billion Parramatta Square redevelopment will revitalise Parramatta city centre. Working closely with the BUILT construction team, our services include construction engineering and temporary works design, review and verification services. Our team understands the importance of delivering speedy, informed, accurate and practical solutions; providing the support needed to deliver on-time without compromising safety and quality.

Bowline is an iconic 14-storey landmark in the heart of Wickham. The $52 million development consists of 97 luxurious residential apartments and 4-levels of commercial office space, with views of Newcastle Harbour. Our designs reduced construction costs and achieved faster project delivery time by limiting the number of transfers for the structure to only one at the podium level.
