Designed by DKO Architecture and built by Piety Group, the $193M development consists of four towers ranging from eight to 20 levels high, 556 residential units and a 5000sqm retail precinct.
Our construction planning and sequencing of the four towers minimised construction material use and maximised construction efficiency, resulting in significant savings and reducing the overall 2 to 3-year construction program by at least 6 months.
Our façade team reviewed the proposed façade design and documentation, providing professional advice on the design, fabrication and construction of the external façade.
