“Increasing diversity and representation in engineering is essential for driving innovation and solving complex global challenges”

Our team was thrilled to contribute to the recent Engineers Australia Girls Conference focused on inspiring young female students to pursue careers in STEM and become engineers. As a team of experienced and dedicated engineers, we are passionate about encouraging more women to join this exciting and rewarding field.

At the conference, our engineers shared our insights and experiences with the next generation of female engineers. They participated in various activities to offer guidance and support to aspiring engineers. We were inspired by the passion and enthusiasm of the students we met, and it was truly rewarding to see their excitement for STEM and engineering.

“At XK, we believe that increasing diversity and representation in engineering is essential for driving innovation and solving complex global challenges. By encouraging and supporting young women in STEM, we can create a more inclusive and equitable future.” Feris Chehade, Managing Director
