An exciting part-time position has opened up for a Marketing Coordinator to join XK for 3 days a week.

THE ROLE

Work with the Marketing Manager alongside the wider team to execute the marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Online:

  • Work with Marketing Manager to implement our social media strategy across multiple platforms and channels
  • Create engaging content to optimise the company and leadership’s online presence on social media platforms to engage with our audience effectively

Marketing Materials / Content Creation:

  • Develop/update Project Portfolio, CVs and marketing information for tender submissions, social and website
  • Assist in updating other marketing materials (eg. capability statement, brochures etc)
  • Produce Linkedin and website news articles (average of one every quarter)
  • Sourcing or coordinating project and team photography for use in marketing material
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials, both digital and print

Tenders:

  • Assist in the preparation of key Tender submissions

BD support:

  • Assist with CRM updates and industry events booking

Other:

  • Other administrative and general marketing duties as required
  • Assist with Quarterly Social Events

ABOUT YOU

  • Min 3 years of marketing experience (experience in professional services is desirable but not essential)
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing and Copywriting skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Business and WordPress
  • Experience with marketing/CRM databases is desirable
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written required
  • Graphic Design experience with proficiency in Adobe Suite/ Creative (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva or similar is desirable
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint),
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well-developed planning, organising and prioritising skills
  • Passionate about being part of a team and contributing to overall success
  • Team Player with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
