ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum of 3 years of project or project administration experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling professional interaction with senior management, staff, and clients.
  • Highly developed time management skills, with demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain control whilst under pressure.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and email applications.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well-developed planning, organising and prioritising skills
  • Passionate about being part of a team and contributing to overall success
  • Team Player with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

 

THE ROLE

Project Admin

  • Project establishment and maintenance in project software, Total Synergy.
  • Managing and resolving project and invoicing enquiries.
  • Management of project reports
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and record management.
  • Reviewing and approving invoices from sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Other administrative duties as required

Tenders

  • Preparation and management of Tender submissions
  • Coordinate and maintain records of contracts and communications

Invoicing

  • Monthly progress claims and invoice preparation.
  • Managing and resolving project and invoicing enquiries.
  • Management of project reports
  • Reviewing and approving invoices from sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Other administrative duties as required
