The Tarragal Glen Retirement Village ILA Extension project is a 4-level development comprising 42 Independent Living Apartments. The project has been designed with sustainability and accessibility in mind, aiming for a Liveable Housing Association Gold Level design, as well as incorporating design principles from the University of Sterling DSDC (dementia).

The façade design will contribute to the building’s energy efficiency, sustainability, and overall environmental performance. Engaged to provide façade engineering solutions, our façade team will select a façade system with the latest technology in glass and thermally broken systems to ensure optimal thermal performance and eliminate any thermal bridging.

Our façade engineers will develop innovative thermally broken façade attachments with fixing details that consider the building’s energy efficiency.

With our façade engineering expertise, the façade will be not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, contributing to the overall sustainability and accessibility goals of the development.
