Located on the shores of the Parramatta River, the new Sanctuary Masterplan represents the next stage of the Wentworth Point urban renewal program. It will provide a vibrant mixed-use precinct with approximately 2100 residential apartments, retail and other community facilities across 18 buildings.
Led by our Managing Director, Feris Chehade, our Structural and Façade Teams are working closely with Sekisui House and Turner Studio to develop the next 3 phases of the multi-stage residential building development, which consists of:
- Phase 2 of the multi-stage residential building development consists of 2 buildings standing at 32 and 40 storeys over 47,875sqm GFA offering 560 apartments.
- Phase 4 of the multi-stage residential building development consists of 3 buildings standing at 8 and 40 storeys over 34,150sqm GFA offering 403 apartments.
- Phase 6 of the multi-stage residential building development consists of 2 buildings standing at 8 and 40 storeys over 31,000sqm GFA offering 340 apartments.
