Our Façade team, led by Anthony Farah, has joined forces with Property Industry Foundation (PIF), Roberts Co, Essence Project Management, along with other leading consultants to bring to life what will become PIF’s biggest probono project.
Announced at the PIF 25th Anniversary Charity event last month, PIF has secured a 50-year lease from the City of Sydney for Haven House South Dowling which will deliver 19 bedroom transitional accommodation apartment block for homeless youth exiting state care.
An incredible $958,750 was pledged to help fund the construction of the $ 5 million Haven House South Dowling.

Residents of Haven House South Dowling will have access to a wide range of programs and services which address the often-complex health and welfare needs of young people who are experiencing homelessness.
In Partnership with The Salvation Army Australia, their Oasis program will operate the apartment block, which means they will be able to offer longer-term stays to vulnerable youth.
